How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
Depending on the product, orders may ship the same business day or within 1-2 days. In rare cases, shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays. On average, you can expect delivery within 4-7 days. If additional time is needed, it will be noted on the product page. What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. If you’d like to cancel, please contact us at support@theserenesanctuary.com right away. Once shipped, the order falls under our 30-Day Return Policy.
What if my product is damaged?
Inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, including to the box, please note it when signing for delivery. If you can’t open the package at delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the receipt. If your item(s) are damaged, send photos to support@theserenesanctuary.com, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or compensation.
How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?

We’ll process the order promptly, and when it ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. If an item is out of stock, you’ll be notified within one business day via email or phone. We strive to ensure all products are in stock, though high demand can lead to occasional sellouts.

Do you charge sales tax?
We’re located in Massachusetts and only charge sales tax for orders shipped to Massachusetts, which can result in savings of up to several hundred dollars.
Can I change my order?
