What if my product arrives damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, even to the outer box, kindly make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If you can’t open the package at that time but suspect potential damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to support@theserenesanctuary.com, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
