  1. Return Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

  2. Shipping Costs: If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. However, if you’re returning it due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.

  3. Defective or Damaged Products: If your item is broken or not functioning properly, contact us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the return process with no extra charges. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund, including any shipping fees you originally paid.

  4. Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind, you may do so within 30 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Once received, we’ll refund the item cost minus the initial shipping charge.

  5. Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Some banks or card companies may take extra time to reflect the refund. If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, please contact us at support@theserenesanctuary.com.
